This Privacy Policy explains how the Çetin Group mobile application (“App”) processes personal data. The App is used to manage construction/project workflows, track tasks, upload evidence (photos) and run approval processes.
1) Data Controller

BAI Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. acts as a Data Processor (hosting/maintenance on behalf of the Controller).
2) Data We Collect
- Account Information: Name, surname, email, phone (if provided).
- Project/Task Data: Project titles, stages, assignees, activity logs.
- User-Provided Images: Photos captured/selected as task evidence.
- Device/Logs: IP, device/app version, timestamps, essential technical logs.
- Authentication: Access tokens, session info.
3) Purposes of Processing
- Provide project and task management (assignment, status, approvals).
- Upload, display and archive task evidence (photos).
- Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection.
- Debugging and performance improvements.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
4) Device Permissions
- Camera: To capture photos as task evidence.
- Photo Library/Gallery: To select existing photos for upload.
5) Legal Basis
Contract performance, legitimate interests (security/improvements) and, where required, consent.
6) Data Sharing
- Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure to provide the Service.
- We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing.
- We may disclose information if required by law or governmental request.
7) International Transfers
Depending on Azure infrastructure, data may be processed outside Türkiye with appropriate safeguards.
8) Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and legal retention periods; then deleted/anonymized.
9) Security
Data in transit is protected via TLS (HTTPS); access control, logging and monitoring are applied.
10) Children
The App is not directed to children and not intended to collect data from under-13 users.
